Migration in 6 steps

    Pick a Classentra plan

    Start on Free, no card required. Land on Educator ($39 / mo) or Studio ($149 / mo) once you confirm the fit, or stay on Free. Classentra's Stripe Connect fee is all-in for US and Canadian accounts, with card fees inside it and no separate processing charge on top.

    Import your Skool members

    Export your member list from Skool, then paste it into Import from CSV under your course roster: one member per line, email first, up to 500 per paste. Every member gets an invitation email. On the Free plan the roster cap applies; Educator and Studio have no cap. Prefer hands-off? Email your CSV to support@classentra.com and we'll send the invites for you.

    Re-publish your top 3 courses

    Recreate your highest-ROI courses as Classentra Courses. Paste lesson content into the rich-text editor; recorded videos upload as Course Materials.

    Set up Stripe Connect

    Connect your Stripe account in 2 minutes. Payments route directly to your bank. Classentra's all-in fee (card fees included for US and Canadian accounts) is 9% + 30¢ on Free and 6% + 30¢ on any paid plan.

    Run your first live class

    Schedule a recurring live session in the Sessions tab. Classentra generates a Zoom, Meet, or Teams link per session, with automatic attendance. Native in-app video with auto-saved recording is coming soon.

    Cross-post for 30 days (optional)

    Keep your Skool community alive during the cutover. Most teachers fully wind down Skool within 4-6 weeks once their members are active on Classentra.

FAQ

How long does the move take?
Most teachers complete the cutover in 2-4 weeks. The bottleneck is usually re-publishing courses, not the technical migration.
Will I lose my course content?
No. Your Skool content stays in Skool until you choose to remove it. You re-create courses on Classentra; we recommend cross-posting for 30 days.
What about my recurring billing?
Your Skool subscription continues until you cancel it directly with Skool. New Classentra billing starts fresh when you upgrade past Free.
What does it cost to switch?
Free to start. Educator is $39 / mo vs Skool Pro's $99 / mo, and Classentra routes payments directly to your Stripe account at an all-in fee, card fees included for US and Canadian accounts.
